Tellor is a Layer 1 chain (tellor-1) where staked reporters reach consensus on requested data, including custom data types, with users able to attach TRB tips to requests. EVM contracts consume it by verifying validator signatures through the TellorDataBridge contract using the usingtellorlayer npm package, then applying their own freshness and dispute checks. No fee schedule is published; the layer repo is MIT-licensed and actively updated.
