Three SKILL.md files published on xrpl.org: a Wallet skill that handles key storage, a fixed preview-and-confirm signing flow and submission, plus Payments (XRP, RLUSD, escrow, cross-currency) and Trading (DEX offers and order books) skills that build transactions and hand them to it. Testnet is the default and mainnet needs an explicit instruction. Written for Claude, with a Claude Code tutorial. They are instructions for the model, not a signing library, so the confirm step only holds if the agent follows them. MIT, in the xrpl.org repo.
