Offchain Labs' Rust SDK and cargo-stylus CLI for writing Wasm contracts that run alongside Solidity on Arbitrum chains, with a TestVM for unit tests, a local Nitro devnode and source verification. Free, MIT or Apache-2.0. Big caveat: Arbitrum's Security Council has paused new Stylus activations on Arbitrum One and Nova, so for now new Rust contracts there can't go live; existing ones keep running and Solidity is unaffected.
