Acton is a command-line toolchain for TON smart contracts built around Tolk, covering project setup, tests with coverage and fuzzing, a debugger, TypeScript wrapper generation, deployment and source verification. It is free and dual-licensed under Apache-2.0 or MIT, and it replaces the now deprecated Blueprint. Native Windows is not supported, so Windows users need WSL.
