An npm create CLI from Hedera's developer team that generates a monorepo with Hardhat or Foundry contracts, a Next.js front end using RainbowKit, wagmi and viem, and Hedera network settings for testnet or mainnet over Hashio. You get local chain, test, deploy and verify scripts plus templates such as HTS token and NFT starters, and it installs Hedera's AI coding skills by default. Still pre-1.0 (0.4.1, September 2026). Hashio, the default RPC, is meant for development and testing, so swap in a commercial relay for production traffic.
