near-api-js is the JavaScript and TypeScript library for NEAR RPC, covering accounts, keys, transaction building and contract calls in Node.js and browsers. It is free and dual-licensed under MIT and Apache-2.0. Version 7 replaces the older @near-js packages, so existing projects may need the migration guide, and NEAR points frontend wallet login to separate tooling.
